Anne-Marie has trained my partner and I for the last six years. Initially we consulted Anne-Marie with the goal of getting in shape for an upcoming event and after training with Anne-Marie for eight weeks we absolutely smashed our goals! We never know what to expect each week as Anne-Marie’s training sessions are always varied and tailored to your individual goals even as they change over time.

My partner and I have always had differing goals (him muscle building, me weight loss and cardio fitness) and Anne-Marie is able to personalise our joint training sessions to ensure we both get the results we are seeking.

Anne-Marie’s style is to encourage and support us to achieve our fitness goals! She is professional, enthusiastic, reliable and easy going. Her interest in our health and fitness doesn’t stop when we finish our training sessions. She always checks in to see how we pull up afterwards. Anne-Marie also provides advice to us on our diets and is able to work around any injury concerns. We are frequent travellers and she will write us a training program each time we leave the country. Amms skillfully adjusts her training program for individual fitness levels within the group to ensure we all get a great workout without being pushed beyond our limits. Amms somehow always knows exactly how to get the best from everybody. She also has an amazing knack for keeping sessions light hearted and fun, but just intense enough that you feel personally motivated always improve.

Prior to starting training with Amms, none of us thought of ouselves as people who could survive a PT session let alone enjoy it. Now it's hard to imagine our routines without it. Amms has helped us to increase our fitness, lose weight and feel far more energised.

I’ve been training with Amms since a friend put me in touch with her when I moved to Melbourne 4 years ago. I have to say it's the best thing they've ever done for me!

The sessions have always been varied so I never get bored, are challenging and also fun! As strange as it may seem, I actually look forward to my workouts.

Amms is a stickler for technique and I have seen significant improvements in cardio, core and overall strength as well as weight loss and improved body tone/shape.

I have trained with Anne-Marie for a over year now, a year that has transformed my approach to fitness and lifestyle. Injury had forced me to stop playing soccer and cricket and the onset of my 30’s was leading me down the well-worn path of too many beers, too many pizzas and the odd round of golf. Deciding that I ought to do something about this I contacted Anne-Marie. After a great, honest assessment of my objectives she designed a 2 month programme for me, with weekly one-on-one sessions coupled with various cardio and weights sessions to do in my own time. After two months I’d easily achieved my goals and was back to a decent level of fitness. More importantly though, with Anne-Marie’s help, I really began to enjoy the whole fitness process. The sessions are varied, tailored specifically to my needs and hugely enjoyable. Anne-Marie constantly challenges me and pushes me to improve, not by shouting orders, but by encouraging and passing on her knowledge and experience.
